Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with free breakfast and friendly staff making a great impression. However, I was taken aback by the steep charges for simple items like water and laundry. The room itself was comfortable, but there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. The location was decent for business travel, but I felt transport arrangements could have been better managed.
